Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach
  • 4 cups Vanilla Almond Milk (No Sugar Added) Or until covering top of frozen fruit

Instructions

  • Preparation: Start by chopping the bananas into pieces for easy blending.
    Layering: In your blender, add the bananas, avocado, frozen berries, hemp hearts, chia seeds, milled flaxseed, protein powder, and spinach.
    Adding Liquid: Pour in enough almond milk to just about cover the top of the frozen fruit.
    Blending: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more almond milk if needed.
    Serving: Pour into glasses and enjoy the "Rise and Shine Berry Boost Smoothie" with your family!
