- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Milled Flaxseed
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach
- 4 cups Vanilla Almond Milk (No Sugar Added) Or until covering top of frozen fruit
Preparation: Start by chopping the bananas into pieces for easy blending.Layering: In your blender, add the bananas, avocado, frozen berries, hemp hearts, chia seeds, milled flaxseed, protein powder, and spinach.Adding Liquid: Pour in enough almond milk to just about cover the top of the frozen fruit.Blending: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
